Refund Eligibility:
1.1 A student may request a refund before class starts.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have accessed or participated in any course materials or sessions. No refunds will be issued once class starts due to the proprietary nature of our material.
Refund Process:
2.1 To request a refund, the student must contact our support team by email or through our designated customer support channels.
2.2 The refund request should include the student’s full name, email address used for registration, and the reason for the refund.
2.3 Once we receive the refund request, we will review it within a reasonable timeframe.
2.4 If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.
Refund Amount:
3.1 If the refund request is approved, the student will receive a full refund of all fees paid for the course.
3.2 The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during enrollment.
3.3 Please note that any transaction fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Course Retake Option:
4.1 If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the cohort for which you enrolled, unable to complete the course, fall behind, or feel that you did not perform well, we offer you the opportunity to retake the course without additional charges.
4.2 To take advantage of the course retake option, you must inform us within a reasonable time period during or after the completion of the initial course.
4.3 The availability of the retake option may be subject to class availability and other factors, which will be determined by our institution.
4.4 The course retake option is limited to one instance per student per course.
